Education & Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or related field & a minimum 4 years of experience or equivalent.
Job Description:
The Business Program Analyst will serve as an analyst providing solutions to DoD clients. Work with clients to comprehend their requirements and challenges and generate client-ready deliverables. Support research, data gathering, problem solving, data analysis, and data interpretation to identify and communicate challenges and solutions to clients. Solve complex information requirements problems using a combination of analytic judgment and proven analytic practices. Prepare briefings and reports on research and analysis methodologies and results. Provide professional service to the client organization and work efficiently and effectively in a team environment.

* Provide technical writing assistant for the development of acquisition packages.
* Provide general, holistic project management support for the DoD customer to include providing recommendations to program leadership to ensure the effective operations for various project tasks.
* Assist in the formulation and definition of project scope and plans.
* Facilitate team to identify solution options, feasibility, and determine best viable options.
* Confer and collaborate with program engineers and other with technical leads to establish technical specifications and to determine subject material to be developed.
* Participate as a key member of a centralized documentation team, taking part in reviews and exchange of best practices ideas and concepts.
* Review, edit and proofread materials written by others as applicable.
* Review and revise existing documentation to ensure meets evolving requirements.
* Consistently communicate during critical projects.
* Interacts regularly with customers and other industry representatives to ensure conformance with customer requirements.
* Participate in improving internal and external processes to increase efficiencies and resolve problems; develop procedures to solve complex problems.
* Proactively oversee the day-to-day needs and maintenance of projects. Includes ensuring deliverables are completed and submitted; data calls are responded to; milestones are tracked; and other project tasks are completed as needed.
* Prepare reports and develop/maintain presentations as needed
* Analyze business and user needs.
* Consistently communicate during critical projects.

* Excellent written and verbal skills. Must be able to build a rapport with infrastructure engineers and/or solution architects, working closely with them to produce comprehensive documentation.
* Experience with hardware/software documentation including design documents, requirements documents, interface control documents, and use cases
* Experience with baseline configuration documentation and project parts lists.
* Self-motivation and ability to solve problems independently.
* Organizational skills, detail oriented and adaptable to flexible work styles.
