?Run quality audits on rating
?Run quality reports for managers as needed from quality program for reviews and spot checks of staff
?Identify trends in quality program for additional training needs or changes to program (Job aids, operating procedures, training materials)
?Bachelor?s degree or equivalent work experience
?2 or more years experience within the Health Insurance industry (preferred but not necessary)
?Experience with Large Group Underwriting Guideline knowledge. (Preferred but not necessary)
?PC skills to include Word and Excel
?Exhibits strong communication, collaboration and relationship building skills
?Siebel knowledge and Erate helpful but not required
