Business Systems Analyst

Emergint Technologies is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join our team in Atlanta,GA. This key role will support our efforts with the Center's for Disease Control; National Center for Environmental Health.

Description:
Supports users of information systems specific to EPLC and compliance related areas within Governance, researching complex problems and questions, responding with answers or interventions, providing on site assistance, tracking calls, analyzing call data for trends and common system problems and evaluating the quality of information systems compliance through user support call data. This resource will serve as the first point of contact for troubleshooting compliance related issues, included but not limited to EPLC, CPIC and Governance. Formulates and defines systems scope and objectives based on both user needs and a thorough understanding of business systems and industry requirements. Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operation time and form of desired results. Includes analysis of business and user needs, documentation or requirements and translation into proper system requirement specifications. Provides consultation on complex projects and is considered to be the top level contributor/specialist of most phases of systems analysis, while considering the business implications of the application of technology to the current and future business environment.

Requires a minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience, of which approximately five (5) years must be specialized. Specialized experience includes: developing comprehensive requirements specifications for complex systems/applications, providing training and support for the implementation of EPLC and consulting with business owners to complete EPLC artifacts.
