Business / Systems Analyst II (IT)

Description
Formulate and define systems scope and objectives based on user defined needs. Works with internal customers, client account managers, systems developers and testers to deliver new functionality for the vision billing system. Works with developers to size effort for resource alignment purposes. Documents business facing requirements in approach documents, conducts reviews with business for approval, ensures requirement traceability to technical design and test plan documents. Works on multiple medium sized projects as sole analyst resource for vision.
- Develops approaches and documents levels of efforts
- Identifies issues, resolves issues, and communicates status of assigned projects to users and manager
- Gathers requirements, provides quality documentation of detailed user requirements to Development for the design and development of systems
- Plan, arrange and participate in meetings with peer systems analyst to insure loe and approaches are in sync
- Wireless experience and knowledge of billing/rating/ provision a plus
- Understanding of use case methodology
- Bachelors Degree
- 3 plus years of related professional experience
-Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including but not limited to Word, Excel, and Outlook
Self starter, works well with others, excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Strong Problems solving skills and attention to detail and ability to quickly learn current and future state of functions
Well organized
Wireless experience preferred
