Position Summary:
This position will Create the digital requirements for connected product by participating on the Digital team as the IT member. The role will work iteratively with the Digital Accelerator team to understand and document the integration to traditional IT platforms for digital products. Working closely with the Senior SBU BA and Digital Accelerator team the Digital BA will work diligently to bring it integration to digital agile development. This position is point of integration to the digital development world.


Customer relationship management with effective communications and interactions frequently and deep engagement with Digital Accelerator.
Manages the creation of general requirements and artifacts necessary to deliver data to the Digital Accelerator development process.
Owns the customer relationship with the Digital Accelerator team.
Ensures full security and regulatory compliance for products and services
Conducts business process analyses, needs assessments, and preliminary cost/benefits analyses in an effort to align information technology solutions with business initiatives.
Works with business users to define and analyze problems and align the most suitable technical, application or configuration solutions.
Reviews system test plans and system tests modules before implementation.
Ensures that documentation is updated when change requests are approved for the project.

Required Skills & Experience
Knowledge:
Expert knowledge of IOT related applications.
Ability to set or establish direction for IOT related integration to Back office systems
Knowledge of industry and business best practices in digital products integration
Places issues in context of organizational and functional objectives.
Develops and applies project management techniques.
Problem Solving:
Applies research, information gathering and analytical skills.
Selects appropriate alternatives from defined options.
Collects required documentation; verifies conformance of documents with standards.
Assesses accuracy of detailed information.
Tracks, maintains and produces regular and ad hoc reports.

Identifies roadblocks to task completion and effectively brings them to management for resolution.
Generally uses existing procedures to resolve standard problems.

1+ years of experience as in IT or Engineering.
1+ years of experience in product development , IOT , API development
2+ years of experience using major IT platforms, such as SAP, Salesforce.com, Sitecore etc.

Education
Undergraduate degree and 4-6 years relevant experience, or
Graduate degree and 2-4 years relevant experience.
