Le Méridien Charlotte and the Sheraton Charlotte Hotel Complex is seeking an exceptional Business Transient Sales Coordinator. This hotel complex consists of 605 rooms, 55,000 sq. ft. of meeting space, multiple restaurants, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a fitness center and much more. The successful candidate will solicit accounts that provide individual transient business that ensures maximization of revenue in order to achieve and/or exceed revenue goals. Additional duties include to maintain and enhance automation efforts in the Sales and Catering database, in order to increase daily productivity for sales, catering and convention services personnel, prepare all monthly sales and catering reports, including but not limited to, SMARTS reports, revenue management, booking analysis and incentive calculation reports for individual and team production, submitting accurate reports in a timely manner, manage and administrate the Sales database and group sales backlog to ensure data integrity for accurate reporting, including maintenance of security of confidential material stored in the database, manage all interfaces relating to the Sales and Catering Systems, including but limited to, PMS interface, Ajenis Interface and Topline Prophet Interface and maintain property storage, archival and retrieval of backup material.
