Required Skills
-Experience developing C# applications.
-Experience with XML processing such as XSD, XPath, XSL, XSLT, etc.
-Strong relational database experience - SQL Server 2005 or DB2.
-Knowledge of Internet Explorer 7 and/or 8.
-Windows Operating System Workstation (VISTA, Windows7).
-Ability to create and maintain technical documentation of architecture, high and low level design documents for applications development.
Specific Job Description
The C# Developer will research, design, develop, and/or modify enterprise-wide systems and/or applications software. Involved in planning of system and development deployment as well as responsible for meeting software compliance standards. Evaluates interface between hardware and software, operational requirements, and characteristics of overall system. Document testing and maintenance of system corrections.
The C# Developer shall perform the following job duties:
* Design and develop applications using C#
* Provide information technology recommendations and solutions in support of customer requirements
*Apply industry best-practices and regarding emerging technologies, risk mitigation, and continuity planning
* Plan and conducts unit-tests, and ensures accurate documentation of technical specifications
* Track and maintain all records and metric, and reports the project's progress to management.
Temporary Position with the potential to become full time.

The position is located in Baltimore, on the west side of town near 695, Route 26, and Security Blvd.
We are responsible for providing a full range of IT integration services and supporting a multi-platform computing environment, including: information systems modernization initiatives, software engineering, project management, infrastructure services, data warehousing, database administration, research, planning, security, federal enterprise architecture initiatives, research and all levels of Internet, Intranet and Web portal initiatives and migrating legacy architecture to web-based platforms.
