JOB DESCRIPTIONJOB SUMMARY:
CareFinder Rep will be responsible for answering phones, making physician referrals and patient appointments.
Administers surveys to assess pt. satisfaction via email and/or telephone calls.
Provides intelligence to team regarding the needs of the patient via placement interactions.
Maintains open communication with office managers and front office staff.
Physician Referral/Patient Appointments
Special Events Registration
Physician/Office Staff Inquiries
Support Group Calls
Miscellaneous Routing Calls
The CareFinder rep will also be responsible for:
Sending outbound materials generated by CareFinder calls.
Sending outbound materials generated by Public Affairs and
In addition, the CareFinder Rep:
Will attend and participate in Newton-Wellesley Community events.
Constantly sitting,typing and reaching in lateral position.
Generally pleasant working environment with little or no distractions or unpleasant elements.
Associate degree or equivalent work experience in marketing related field.
Outstanding interpersonal, customer service and telephone skills.
Good judgement and problem solving skills.
Confidentiality and descretion a must.
Telemarketing experience preferred.
