JOB DESCRIPTIONThe Contact Center Financial Services Representative is an entry level position with State Employees' Credit Union, assisting members by phone within the branch location. Responsibilities include, but not limited to the establishment of new accounts, handling debit and credit card transactions, account resolution, and processing internet requests. This is an entry level position with advancement opportunity. This is a professional development position which will include completion of Credit Union modules, personal lending training, and acquiring insurance licensure.
Hours will be 10am - 9pm, 4 days on / 4 off. Some holidays required.
