JOB DESCRIPTION

APPLY
This position is responsible for supporting internal and external customers regarding Schneider Electrics Surge Protection Devices. Support involves responding to phone and written inquiries while documenting the solution given into our customer relations management tool (bridge Front Office) and our knowledge repository. We assist electricians, engineers, contractors, distributors and sales representatives in product selection, application assistance as well as troubleshooting. The technical support group also works on projects involving competitive cross references, revisions, customer requests and process improvement.

Qualification

2-year Associates or 4-Year Bachelors Degree in the following disciplines or equivalent Military Experience: Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Networking, Engineering (all), other Technical Programs



Critical Competencies:

Communication skills, technical aptitude, conflict resolution, comfort with office environment, ability to work as a team, PC literacy, aptitude to learn new concepts and adapt to change quickly.
