Company growth and financial performance in new business ventures.Serve on the Executive and Investment Committees. Strong Investor relations experience. Participate in establishing short and long-range goals, strategies, plans and policies. Improving the organizational design and operations.Managing and overseeing all general accounting functions which include tax planning, short and long term cash management (both domestic and international currencies), treasury, project analysis and corporate compliance.Responsible for directing the fiscal functions of the corporationMust have private and some public experience.
