DescriptionBiosense Webster, Inc (BWI), a member of Johnson & Johnson's Family of Companies, is recruiting for a Clinical Account Specialist for the Lancaster area. Biosense Webster, Inc., is recognized worldwide as an industry leader in endocardial diagnostics and therapy. Guided by the needs of electrophysiologists and cardiologists, the company has pioneered innovative technological advancements ranging from the first deflectable tip catheter to today's most sophisticated three-dimensional cardiac mapping and navigation systems. Biosense Webster, Inc., combines leading-edge technology with a tradition of quality and responsiveness while partnering with the physician to optimize patient outcomes. As a Clinical Account Specialist, you will drive business growth by providing professional clinical support to customers (primarily physicians, nurses, and techs), through education and training regarding our CARTO three dimensional, electro-anatomical mapping system as well as other accessory equipment. You will quickly become an extension of a collaborative field force and EP lab team. Pivotal to your success will be your ability to develop effective working relationships with the customers in your territory, with whom you'll interact on a regular basis. Our current Clinical Account Specialists have reputations for being the best in the industry, and you will be given the opportunity to achieve the same experience. QualificationsThis position requires a Bachelor's Degree or RN or PA-C or CNP or equivalent experience. MBA is preferred. A minimum of 2 years of experience working (i.e., sales, clinical, management, etc.) in an Operating Room, Electrophysiology (EP) Lab and/or Catheter Lab environment is required. Candidates must have a valid driver's license issued in one of the 50 States and a clean driving record. Ability to travel up to 30% is necessary, which may include overnight and/or weekend travel. Candidates must have excellent written and oral communication skills as well as the ability to excel within a results and performance driven environment with a balanced base and variable compensation package. Ability to wear protective lead in the lab is required. Experience in the cardiology/cardiovascular medical device industry, preferably with EP experience is preferred. Candidates with documented leadership awards and achievements are also preferred. Prior management development classes are a plus.
