Responsibilities
Specialized Clinical Educator will support classroom-based clinical educators in the implementation of curriculum instruction and in maintaining a safe and nurturing environment. They will demonstrate a commitment to the ART program and a willingness to remain flexible. The Specialized Clinical Educator will maintain a commitment to professional growth and competency to exhibit positive behavior towards clients, parents, and staff. They will model appropriate social cues and milieu/group participation and facilitate clients to do the same. In addition they will perform supervisory and technical duties as assigned in the individual classrooms and be responsive to issues presented in supervision.
Skills/Abilities/Competencies
Successful candidate must possess basic computer skills in order to use a variety of electronic systems to access and/or maintain personal employment-related data, satisfy required annual trainings, and use job-specific applications. Qualifications
Bachelors degree; significant experience working with emotionally/ behaviorally disturbed adolescents preferred
Conditions of Employment
