CMT - AM/PM Shifts - Atria Bay Spring Village Senior Living

We are looking for experienced and compassionate CMTs - full and part time all shifts to join our team at Atria Bay Spring Village in Barrington, RI.

All candidates must have a current Certified Medication Technician license and CNA license issued by the state of RI and maintain CPR certification.

Ideal candidate will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

- Assist in monitoring the medication program.
- Keep records updated in the medication administrative files.
- Set-up and assist with self-administration of medication.
- Keep all medications in their appropriate storage areas and keep areas locked at all times.
- Regularly review the residents medication administration record, centrally stored record, pharmacy transaction record and report any errors to Resident Services Director.
- Regular, ongoing communication with the pharmacy, families, residents and management staff.
- Assist in updating the service plans and monthly care logs if needed.
- Be able to relate information concerning a residents condition.
- Be able to push, pull, move and/or lift a minimum of 50 pounds
- Be available to complete annual in-service hours for continued certification/licensure.
- Other duties as assigned.
