AS A FULL-TIME CNA OF THE TALENT SHARE FLOAT POOL (TSFP) YOU WILL:

* Receive a flat rate premium pay up to $22/hour

*
* Float to three or more SCL Health Denver area hospitals

* Eligible for full-time benefits while working like an agency CNA

AS A TSFP CNA, YOU WILL:
o Provide patients with professional nursing care through assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation
o Meet the needs of the patient, family members, and inter-disciplinary team through communication, coordination, evaluation and service excellence



Current CNA license to provide patient care in Colorado required

A minimum of two years of recent/current CNA direct patient care experience in a facility required, one year of current experience in an acute hospital setting (not LTAC or Rehab) required.

Current BLS for Healthcare provider required

Willingness and reliable transportation to float between all three Denver area hospitals required



Minimum of one year experience in an acute care hospital required

Experience working on a variety of acute care units required (ICU, Tele, Med/Surg, Ortho, ER, etc.)

Previous float, travel, or contract agency experience strongly recommended, please make sure you include this experience on your resume
