The Help At Home CNA provides quality personal and support care services to assigned homecare and hospice patients to assist the patient in meeting the care objectives/goals as developed in the individual care plan by the Supervising RN.

Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or GED. 6 months hospital, home health or hospice agency or ICF experience preferred. CPR Certification. Able to demonstrate HHA Competency requirements successfully. Registration with Maine State CNA Registry required. Ability to work in home settings presenting diverse physical conditions and sociocultural environments. Current State of Maine drivers license, reliable transportation, and proof of current, Agency acceptable motor vehicle insurance required.
