CNC MACHINIST

Adecco Employment Services is the world's leading global staffing provider, and we are currently seeking a qualified CNC Machinist. Responsibilities will include: Set-up and operation of CNC equipment. Use CNC lathes, mills, grinders, EDM's and other equipment to manufacture implants and/or instruments such as micrometers, height gauges and calipers. Read blueprints and guide sheets. Perform dimensional and visual inspections to blueprint using standard gages and CMM, and other quality procedures. Perform laser marking of parts. Perform some hand finishing and parts cleaning. Participate in team's continuous improvement initiatives. Perform other duties as required. Qualifications: Some lifting is required. Must be willing and able to work mandatory weekday and weekend overtime hours as required to meet the production needs of the team. Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work successfully in a team based environment that heavily emphasizes quality, performance, cross-training, customer service and high accountability. Double spindle and double tourett is ideal. Candidate must have a minimum of 3 years machining experience.
