ABOUT THE HOSPITAL: 25 bed Critical Access "Boutique" Hospital with a 24-hour Emergency Department dedicated to providing the community with a high standard of care. This hospital is associated with 30+ specialists throughout the Wood River Valley to coordinate care locally. This hospital is part of the St. Luke's Health System which embraces Shared Governance and has been Magnet recognized four times!

ABOUT THE POSITION: 450 FTE's hospitals and clinics combined: The CNO will have overall accountability of providing leadership, direction, and administration of day-to-day operations associated with direct patient care activities and continuous improvement of nursing services and staff. A dynamic leader who needs to be hands on and visible in the hospital as well as able to step in and get involved. Successful candidates will have the ability to keep the communication lines with staff open and keep them engaged in the hospital and their position. The CNO will report directly to the Site Administrator(CEO) and Regional VP/CNO.

SALARY: $150,000 - $170,000 _DOE_, relocation assistance, and excellent benefits.


* BSN and Master's, _required. _
* Idaho Nursing License, _required._
* 3-5 years prior CNO or VP PCS experience, _required_
* 12 years' of total nursing experience with 5 years management experience, _required_
* Proven track record in terms of Physician Relations, Employee Engagement and Key Quality Metrics,_ required_
* Working knowledge of EPIC and E.H.R_, preferred_

LOCATION: Ketchum, Idaho is exactly one mile away from Sun Valley with it's renown outdoor activities, world class farm to table restaurants and unique shopping experiences. Sun Valley is surrounded by the Sawtooth National Forest also known as the "American Alps" and the Challis National Forest with the Big Wood River flowing at the foot of Bald Mountain. The area boasts 250 days of sunshine and sits 2.5 hours from Boise.
