Job Description
Responsibilities
Compass is an enterprise-wide initiative to implement a single set of patient administrative systems and revenue cycle processes across the Partners HealthCare System. Compass will enable all of our entities to share common patient administrative information systems. Processes that will eventually fall under the Compass umbrella include: patient scheduling, registration, bed management, and inpatient and outpatient billing. Compass will transform, modernize, and significantly improve our administrative and financial performance. One of the critical components of our relationship with the selected system vendor is the relative immaturity of the product. As such, we have an obligation to dedicate significant resources to product development, market analysis, and revenue cycle technology innovation. The Service Catalog Analyst I will be part of a team of analysts supporting the Corporate Service Catalog and it associated master files within the Soarian suite of applications. The Service Catalog Analyst must possess a great deal of motivation and understand the balance between delivering high quality, flexible solutions in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
