JOB DESCRIPTIONAPPLY Fortune 100 company is looking for a Corp Accounting Manager who is comfortable going between accounting and finance as this is a wide ranging role.They are looking for a seasoned accounting/finance professional, ideally with a mix of public accounting and large public company experience. Track record of delivering quality and accurate work in a high performance/fast paced culture. The role is a mix of accounting and reporting as well as technical and projects responsibilities. The time allocation will vary depending on business needs and stages of projects. Approximately, 75% will be spent on accounting/analysis/reporting for the firm's corporate transactions and compensation and benefit programs. The remainder of the time will be spent on ad hoc/special projects and rotational assignments within Corporate Accounting.Accounting/Analysis/Reporting ResponsibilitiesObtain in depth knowledge of accounting for benefit plans under U.S. GAAP, including IFRS and local GAAP conversionsManage the month/quarter end close and the budget/forecast process for McKesson?s benefit plans, including reviewing journal entries, account reconciliations, reporting schedules, and related 10Q-/10-K footnotes (prepare all items if needed)Provide direct input to external reporting team on other 10-Q/10-K disclosures, such as non-controlling interests, stockholder?s equity and other comprehensive incomePrepare management reporting and analysis for Corporate Controller, CFO, and finance business part
