Primary responsibilites include review and processing of new applicants to the medical staff; coordinating interviews; database maintenance; meeting organization, setup, minutes and follow up. Ability to work within deadlines. Maintain confidentiality of credentialing information. Ability to communicate effectively.
Current or prior credentialing experience in a hospital, managed care or physician office setting preferred.
Ability to adjust hours as required in order to support medical staff meetings and functions.
Must work well in a team environment.
