The CRM Business Data Analyst is responsible for all aspects of the CRM. This position will be the lead in the development and maintenance of the CRM and act as the CRM SME (Subject Matter Expert). This position will lead the functionality definition and prioritization process for the CRM and interface between Management and the CRM Team. This position will work as part of a business shared services team responsible for the coordination, management, and analysis of CRM Processes, Projects, and Analytics. Duties Include:Subject matter expert - support the shared services and business teams as new processes are developed and/or identified. Will actively participate in cross-functional projects. Work with Alere Business Units to understand the need and determine the optimal way to enable new functionality and data requests in the CRM. Partner with cross-functional groups to scope the efforts and document and communicate the output. Responsible for working with the CRM administrator to resolve any user issues that the CRM Administrator is unable to resolve. Central contact point after the CRM Administrator for issues or errors, work with users and vendors as needed Manage the CRM functionality prioritization process, working with executives and keeping in line with the Alere Business Objectives. Manage projects as related to CRM enhancements and associated processes Participate in the planning and execution of processes and analysis of campaigns across channels Proactively identify new opportunities to optimize the CRM - both to ease implementation and streamline turn time, as well as to unlock new marketing potential Develop CRM process and workflow infrastructure and manage ongoing processes Drive cross-functional teams that address strategic business issues involving CRM and sales operations Interfacing with integrated application vendors Lead the development of user training including live and recorded training, as well as development of user tools, such as CRM Manuals, cheat sheets, etc. Manage the maintenance of the functional areas of data management, forecasting, order entry processes, custom objects, accounts, contacts, dashboards and reports Identify data integrity issues and work cross-functionally to resolve Manage the maintenance of the data integration and/or interface with the data integration team for problem resolution and/or improvements to the existing integration Manage the maintenance of user roles, security, and profiles. Development of CRM workflows. Provide Analytics reporting to Executive Management on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis. Work with executives to develop Analytics to support the Alere Business Objectives Provide all Ad-hoc reporting and statistical requests Administer quarterly commissions for the Sales & Client Services areas in a timely manner.
Ideal candidate will possess:Must be a strategic thinker who can recognize opportunities, make clear tactical recommendations to support those opportunities and understand the technical/tool implications and develop actionable plans to deliver on time and on budget. Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment; self-starter with ability to support multiple work streams to meet deadlines. Advanced understanding of CRM design and functionalities. Advanced experience in CRM administration and configurations. Demonstrated project management skills. Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office Suite, with an emphasis in Excel. Able to perform complex. functions and formulas using excel features, including but not limited to pivot-table, charts and calculation features. Demonstrated capacity for analytical thinking and rapid, creative problem solving in a fast-paced environment. Experience facilitating and participating in business process requirements projects.
