JOB DESCRIPTIONAdecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a Senior Customer Service Rep in Kingston, NY. This is a temporary opportunity for the right person. Responsibilities for this a Senior Customer Service Rep position include:
*Respond to complex customer calls
*Resolve customer service inquiries for benefits, billing and payment issues, customer materials, and authorizations
*Provide excellent customer services
*Adhere to schedule
*Meet metrics (to include productivity, schedule adherence, and quality goals)
*Assist callers with various behavioral health with patience and exceptional accuracy
*High School Diploma or equivalent
*Strong written and oral communication
*1+years of customer service analyzing and solving customer problems or 1+ year experience in an office setting using the telephone and computer as the primary instruments to perform job duties
This is a 4 month contract with extension and permanent possibilities. Must be available for a shift between 7am and 7pm Monday- Friday. Pay will be $15/hr.
