JOB DESCRIPTIONThis position is responsible for:
Providing the customer quality support in response to a need presented or identified during your interaction with them.
You will serve the customer's need through telephone, Internet e-mail correspondence and customer chat support.
You will also be the subject expert to provide support to your fellow employees.
Must have excellent, professional listening and communication skills
Uphold customer confidentiality
Strong computer skills
Comply with bank policy, procedures and government regulations
Comfortable selling and cross-selling bank products and services
Available to work varying hours including Saturdays
