JOB DESCRIPTIONCalling all qualified Customer Service Supervisors! A great and growing company in Lindsey, CA is seeking candidates for a Supervisor position in their Customer Service Department. Candidates should have Supervisory experience in a Call Center atmosphere. A minimum of 5 years is preferred. The candidate will be responsible for setting goals and performance reports for their team. Must have excellent customer service skills and be able to handle escalated situations. Calls will be of a technical nature, so experience in technical support would be ideal: assisting with product application, product performance issues, and technical advice. Additional responsibilities include product training and staffing the team as well as coaching. Bachelors degree is preferred Celebrating over 50 years in Staffing!
