PRO Sports Club is currently hiring for an Assistant Manager for our Café. This position will work closely with the Café manager in the day to day operations of the Cafe.Responsibilities including but are not limited to labor management, product cost management, show readiness, cleanliness, maintaining retail space, health and safety issues, cash reconciliation, training and coaching of cast members and setting an excellent example of guest service for all cast members. Adherence to PRO's core values and mission statement is expected and is critical to the PRO Sports Club Food Service Department.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Guest Service
- Set example for all cast through excellent guest service-adhere to all PRO Club Café standards
- Guest concerns addressed immediately & effectively, communicated to Manager and/or F & B Director
- Oversee all training for new cast members
- Creates schedules for the Café and distributes in a timely manner and responsible for getting
Shift(s) covered when cast call in sick

Sales & Product Cost
- Ensure all cast are up selling and making recommendations to all guests on additional items
- Ensure all cast members are adhering to recipe specifications
- Assist Café Manager in monthly product inventory
- Oversee product ordering to specified par and inventory levels
- Ensure daily tracking of product waste
- Achieve budgeted labor cost goals
- Write/cost weekly schedules to projected sales
- Manage labor on daily basis
- Ensure all cast members are being productive at all times

Quality Control/Health & Safety/Cleanliness
- All Serve Safe & health department regulations are enforced
- Ensure all cast members are properly trained to Cafe quality and timing standards
- Ensure all side work and cleaning duties are being performed to expectation/standard
- Ensure all maintenance and repair issues are addressed immediately

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Must have a minimum 4 years high volume barista/restaurant experience.
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience.
- Must have current food handlers permit,
- Must be CPR, First Aid and Serve Safe certified.
