JOB DESCRIPTIONThis Call Center Credit Rep Position Features:
Both Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities as a Call Center Representative. You will be providing 5-start customer service, product upselling, account access and transaction requests by telephone in the Greenville, SC Operations Center. You may also escalate calls to higher tiers / other departments when required. If you have the knack for making people feel well-served and cared for no matter what the issue, this is the right path for you!
You will be the consummate problem solver, answering customer calls according to established procedure. You will process transactions: opening accounts, accepting payments, and service requests. You must maintain an excellent working knowledge of company products and services and be able to cross-sell where appropriate. If you enjoy assisting customers and fellow employees in a friendly, efficient and professional manner this role as a Call Center Representative is great for you!
* Two years of phone and or customer facing experience with demonstrated ability to provide solutions according to professional standards
* Good written and verbal communication skills, especially listening and problem solving
* General knowledge of computer systems and multi line telephones
