Adecco is currently assisting a local Manufacturing client in their search to fill a Customer Service/Dispatch Representative position in Flower Mound, TX. This is a temporary to permanent opportunity. As Customer Service/Dispatch Representative you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound resolution calls. Responsibilities of the Customer Service/Dispatch professional include:
Review customer requests and assign to available agents with appropriate skill-set.
Review and coordinate appropriate service delivery times into agent schedules taking into account the urgency of customer situation, agent break times, drive time, etc.
Create/close/cancel and reschedule work orders.
Perform data analysis: review routes, maps, etc proactively to optimize capacity and/or resolve customer escalated situations.
Research and respond to parts inquiries (if applicable).
Data Entry: updates all pertinent systems with accurate notes, client information, etc.
Reviews and responds to e-mail requests from vendors while upholding pre-defined service level agreements (SLAs).
20% of your time you will:
Call client to inform of schedule or reschedule time and agent arrival using positive, cooperative, empathetic, apologetic, and respectful communication skills.
Receive and accommodate incoming client calls regarding scheduling or work questions, concerns, recognition, or complaints.
20% of your time you will:
Provide feedback, best practices, policy or procedural communication to agents.
Responds to field inquiries as necessary.
Other duties required as assigned.

Must be flexible and work between the hours of 9am-9:00pm Monday-Saturday. You will have Sunday and Monday off. This is a Full-Time opportunity.
