Call Center / Customer Service ? We are in need of a Customer Service Representative with over 5 years recent call center experience for our very established company! This individual will be responsible for taking inbound calls and making outbound calls, in addition to reviewing legal documentation for customers. Must be comfortable on the phones and have some experience with taking escalated calls. Great pay with excellent benefits!
