Growing and Expanding company looking to hire Call Center Customer Service Representatives.

**Call Center Experience Required**

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and/or Experience:

? Heavy Inbound calls is required
? Very fast pace department
?2 years of customer service experience
? 2+ years strongly preferred
? Call Center experience REQUIRED
?Bachelor?s Degree preferred - Minimum High School Diploma
?Entertainment industry experience preferred, but not required
?Verbal and written fluency in Spanish preferred, but not required
?Must be able to work Monday- Friday

Must be a Team player, strong oral/written communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, Initiative and strong work standards, Attention to detail, ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment, Strong computer skills In Word, Excel and Outlook.
