Job Description for Customer Service Representative

* Contractors will be answering phone and entering data into internal system.

* This will be talking to outside vendors and getting the information from them while entering the data into wells systems using 10 key and qwerty keyboard.

* They are not as concerned with typing or 10 key speed as they are accuracy as they will be entering payroll hours into the system and mistakes can be critical.

Desired Qualifications for Customer Service Representative

* Able to handle both inbound and out bound calls

* Looking to make a career with Wells Fargo

* Goal oriented individuals who can produce at high volumes while maintaining excellent quality

Job Requirements
Must have experience for Customer Service Representative

* 2 years customer service experience in call center or banking field

* Experience with pay roll

* 10 key experience (accuracy is important not speed)

* Typing experience (accuracy is important not speed)
