JOB DESCRIPTIONAdecco, a division of the world leader in the recruitment of office and finance professionals is currently recruiting for a Customer Services Representative, Call Center job for our client located in Dayton, 6+ months contract.
Must be flexible
Business hours: Mon - Fri from 8am-11pm EST. Training from 8am-5pm for 6 wks
S - 9:00 am - 2:00 PM
**First 4 weeks on the job will be training. The hours will be 8-5 PM. **
Provide top quality service and information to customers about Dental insurance products; explain policy features and benefits, provide policy-specific information regarding claims, and process complex transactions accurately
3+ years of Customer Service/Call Center experience
High school diploma
Intermediate technical skills (MS office, Outlook, etc.)
