JOB DESCRIPTIONImmediate need for a Call center manager to join a large education organization in Central Florida. To be considered for this Call Center Manager position, you must have a strong background in call center management and contact service. Day to day responsibilities of this Call Center Manager will include delivering outstanding customer service outcomes, preserving the contact center culture, providing ongoing agent progression, establishing relationships with large organizations that will add to the culture of the contact center, and handling anything the nuts and bolts of what makes the contact center successful and how to improve its efficiency. To be considered for this Call Center Manager opportunity qualified candidates must have a minimum of their Bachelors degree, at least 3 years of call center management experience, a strong analytical mindset, and a strong aptitude for problem solving.
