Large and rapidly growing call center seeks to add 10 Call Center Reps to join their team. These are direct hire positions, with part time and full time slots available. There are multiple shifts and all positions will require at least one weekend day shift to be worked.

This is high volume customer support, providing customers with information regarding health and medical center information. Qualified candidates should have experience in a call center atmosphere, handling up to 75 calls, and call volume will vary depending on what service division is being supported.

The current shifts available are:

Monday: 3:30 a.m -10:30 a.m. OR 12:30 p.m- 5:00 p.m.
Tuesday : 3:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (8 hour shifts)
Wednesday: 3:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (8 hour shifts)
Thursday: 2:00 p.m.- 5:00 p.m.
Friday: 12:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Saturday: 12:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Sunday: 3:30 a.m. - 8:30 a.m. OR 12:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Saturday and Sundays - candidates can work either day or both if they desire!

Qualified candidates should have experience in Customer Service, typing at least 30 WPM and should have experience with Excel. Candidates with experience in a medical or healthcare facility is highly preferred.

Pay for these positions will depend on prior call center experience, shift being worked, and Spanish will have a differential pay. Scale for pay will range between $13-16 per hour.
