JOB DESCRIPTIONWe have several immediate openings for customer service representatives at a well-known utility contact center located near Downtown Austin. This position offers opportunities for both personal and professional growth!
The ideal candidate will possess these attributes:
? Open shift availability, after paid training, all new hires start in the Monday-Friday 12pm-9pm time shift, with on Saturday shift once a month from 9am-1pm
? Ability to answer a high volume of Inbound customer calls and provide professional customer service
. ? Excellent customer service skills with a desire to meet and exceed customer and company expectations.
? Proficient Multi-tasking skills: listen, comprehend, research, document and respond to customer request effectively and in a timely manner.
? Must have a clear 10 year criminal background
? Must have reliable transportation to Central Austin
? High School Diploma or Equivalent
? Two (2) years of Customer Service Experience
Pay/Benefits: After paid training, pay will increase to $14.00 per hour with a step wage increase! There is an additional $150 bilingual stipend each month!
