JOB DESCRIPTIONJob Description:
A leader in the printing industry is need of a Customer Service Rep to handle complex calls for state project. Temp to perm assignment, demonstrated dependability and strong customer service experience required (not including cashier, clerk, or receptionist) Customer service experience must be from a high volume call center.
Training hours are 8-4:30 pm for first four weeks. Shift assignments should be expected to be as late as 8:30-5:00 pm after training, with the understanding that end time is dependent on when calls are no longer in queue (could run a bit past 5:00 pm). The call center is closed weekends and all state holidays.
