JOB DESCRIPTIONAPPLY Adecco is looking for several Call Center associates for a large national company High point, NC. As a Contact Center Representative you will be responsible for handling inbound customer service phone calls. Using company resources to assist customers with product inquires. You will be assisting customers with online purchases, up-selling or (completing the look), managing account information or update current orders, taking payments, tracking shipments while providing excellent customer service. Computer proficiency is a must as well as the ability to multi-task using dual monitors while providing world class customer service.

There are full-time and part-time positions available. Multiple shift as well.
This is a seasonal position. However---May become perm
4 weekdays+ 1 weekend day is required for full time weekday schedules. (5 days)
• Previous call center experience and customer service experience needed
• Proficient with computers
• Excellent Customer Service ability
• High School Diploma or GED
• Pass Bkgd check and Drug Screen
Pay rate: $12.50
4 weeks of paid Training
