- Bring your upbeat attitude to receive and initiate customer contacts
- Interact with customers and effectively handle billing and account investigations
- Help the team by taking inbound phone calls from various queues, and answer vendor/client questions and concerns
- Provide prompt customer service and correspondence to clients
- Be a part of the solutions, by ensuring all escalations are handled and resolved through to completion
