Summary Statement We are looking for a star player to be a part of our winning team. The Field Expeditor is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate completion of client orders by setting appointments and sharing administrative duties with the rest of the team. This position provides administrative support for all field employees. Tasks and ResponsibilitiesPlace outbound phone calls to locations to obtain recordsReceive inbound calls from record locations and clientsDaily processing of correspondenceEnter all information accurately into Compex's computer systemOther duties as assigned RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferredType 30 words per minute minimumStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to perform while on the phone for the entire work dayExperience with heavy call volume requiredCall center or related experience a plusAssertive, outgoing personalityAbility to prioritize and multi-task Compex offers its full time employees Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k and FSA.
