Job Description...

Duties/responsibilities
* Answer requests using a standard greeting script developed in conjunction with government agency.
* Maintain familiarity with government agency Systems, current policies, processes, and applications in order to provide responses to inquiries, and usage and feature information, as well as troubleshooting capabilities.
* Increase knowledge base by staying informed of any changes affecting the gateway.
* Answer requests using timely, courteous and competent responses to end users' problems and requests.
* Ability to answer requests in an English/Spanish bilingual environment
