Pay Rate: $11.00
Location: San Antonio
Available Schedules: Day or Night 7am -7:30pm or 7:30pm- 7am

**Key qualifiers:
?Candidates looking for long term opportunity. If you demonstrate the ability to learn quickly, produce quality work, and are dependable, they will be offered perm opportunities

?12 hour work days, three days a week. Must be able to stand on their feet for that entire time. They do get one half hour lunch and three 15 minute breaks during the course of the shifts.

?Shifts swap about every 4 months.
Example: a person working the 7pm-7:30am shift M/T/W would still work the same hours, but would swap to work Th/F/S.

?Depending on our workloads, and usually occurring during our peak season from Sept-Dec there are typically additional work days scheduled to cover a Saturday night shift or a Sunday day shift. The newest employees might not be assigned the extra days until we know they have a little training under their belts and are able to demonstrate that they will be productive if scheduled for the additional hours.

?Contractors need to be able to focus, take instruction, and follow those instructions. This is a very detail, quality, and security oriented position and have very little leeway with this as most procedures and guidelines are dictated by clients

Responsible for production of cards, sorting of cards & operation of equipment.

? Operates production machines, inserters, printers, burster's, metering machines and general office equipment.
? Performs high speed, high volume production tasks such as embossing, inserting and sorting to process card materials.
? Sets up equipment, loads materials, clears jams and other simple malfunctions and unloads product from equipment.
? Maintains productivity on all systems and delivers a quality product while meeting all production deadlines.
? Identifies and resolves clearly defined problems.
? Completes and maintains Operator reports and logs.
? Reconciles incoming and completed work.
? Communicates all issues, concerns or questions to the Production

Department Management Team.
? Work is generally repetitive and subject to inspection.
? Performs other related duties as assigned.

A high school diploma or GED is required for this role.

? Ability to remain flexible to change in duties, work flow and priorities.
? Ability to work overtime when necessary.
? Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook.
? Strong communication skills.
? Attention to detail and extreme accuracy required.
