Cash Management Associate - Billing

In this position, you will prep files for cash management billing system, provide customer service and resolve billing issues. If you have are deadline driven, have an eye for detail and great at problem solving, this immediate opportunity might be a fit!

Primary responsibilities include:

* Import billing files received from vendors into Cash Management Billing Automation System; ensure files adhere to strict deadlines, follow up with vendors on missing files, late submissions, incorrect data, formatting, etc.

* Accurately review and update billing data for various cash management products (i.e. ensure correct account numbers, client information, correct amounts are listed in file); create, run and submit files for billing in Account Analysis System (XAA)

* Run reports in Excel and review for anomalies; update information received via paper invoices

* Maintain billing procedures and update as needed

* Provide customer service, research and resolve billing issues with Private Client Groups, Clients, and Vendors (i.e. missing payments, incorrect amounts, account updates, etc.)

* Cross train on other cash management products such as remote check capture and lock box; provide backup support for other team members as needed

Qualifications:

* High School Diploma or equivalent required

* Minimum 2 years administrative and customer service experience in a high volume and deadline driven environment required

* Billing experience, banking and cash management product knowledge preferred

* Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines

* Proactive and motivated with good problem solving skills

* Able to work well independently with moderate supervision

* Excellent communication and customer service skills; able to respond to customers in a courteous and pleasant manner

* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word required; able to create spreadsheets and basic formulas

* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Access a plus
