We are looking for an Administrative Assistant for our Catering and Conference Services Department. Incumbent should have a minimum of 1-2 years' experience, preferably in a luxury property. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, generating Banquet Event Orders; generating Group Resumes; attending Pre-Conference meetings as needed; supporting group sales; liaising with various departments to assist in managing upcoming events; communicating Weekly Events reports to Hotel; preparing amenity cards; ordering paper supplies; filing; and supporting the Director of Catering & Conferences Services as needed. Incumbent must be detail oriented. Excellent computer skills (MS Office), organizational skills and communication skills are necessary. Experience or knowledge in Delphi is a plus. This is a full time position only. Relocation is not available for this position. (ref. 48921)
