Job Description
*Make prospect calls, and set inside and outside appointments with potential clients and existing clients.
*Is creative in meeting the needs and exceeding the expectations of our clients.
*Ensure the successful process of catering functions and events
*Maintain and develop marketing plans to include a comprehensive event and menu planning service.
*Complete daily reports
*Successfully negotiate with clients and meet budgets
*Respond to inquiry calls.
*Responsible for sending clients their proposals, contracts and banquet event orders.
*Conduct site visits with potential clients.
*Attends daily department meeting
*Meet goals as established by the General Manager
*Reports to the Director of Catering
