Job Description
We are seeking experienced Catering Managers with soup-to-nuts selling-and-servicing experience in a top-level luxury environment. You book the business and then work with the client right through the event. Two positions. The first focuses on local law firms, pharma, banking, and (some) entertainment for groups ranging in size from 20 to 500. The second focuses on weddingssocial catering. This is truly one of Southern Californias elite properties, so we need to see Five-or-Four-Star experience for these exciting positions. Base salary to the $75,000-$80,000 range plus incentive bonus.
