br Our Parks and Destinations group specializes in serving consumers; recreational and entertainment needs in national and state parks, zoos, aquariums, science centers, museums and other day-use cultural attractions.

br The Catering Supervisor will oversee the daily operation of the catering, bars, and event set-up department and personnel. The Catering Supervisor will coordinate with the Sales Team on execution of all catering and bar functions.
br * Know and comply with all company policies and procedures regarding safety, security, emergencies and energy.
br * Provide courteous guest service by responding promptly and efficiently to inquiries, requests and complaints.
br * Perform all opening and closing duties as established by the management staff and company and to ensure a smooth shift transition.
br * Attend monthly component safety meetings.
br * Log all catering related bills daily, put bills into account to be paid, send bills to accounting.
br * Investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality, service, or accommodations.
br * Maintain bar, banquet and catering equipment inventories, and keep inventory records. This will be completed on a weekly basis.
br * Establish standards for personnel performance and customer service. Ensuring an aesthetically appealing event by instituting catering trends
br * Leading the event planning process. Understanding facilities, event logistics and event specifications, directing set-up, cutting floor plans, and seeking and resolving gaps in planning.
br * Collaborating with the sales team to establish and maintain effective client relations and customer satisfaction.
br * Collaborating with the Sales Team with the supervision and performing of Event Host Duties.
br * Maintaining and updating a master event order book, and communicating the events to the wait staff during regular meetings and pre-meal meetings.
