BASIC FUNCTION: The Catering Manager is a detail oriented planning professional, possessing excellent sales and clerical skills. The Manager must display the ability to generate theme concept designs, and act as a creative source for staging unique events. The Manager must be adept in both the selling and coordination processes and be able to adequately solve problems for each. The Manager must be familiar with the Resort's philosophies as they apply to the entire facility, to enable comprehensive coordination of each event. The Manager must be knowledgeable of Resort operations including Food and Beverage, Conference set up and Front Desk operations.
