CULINAIRE, a dynamic, privately-owned food and beverage management company headquartered in Texas, is seeking an enthusiastic, highly organized and self motivated team player to drive catering sales for the New Jersey Performing Arts Center (NJPAC) in Newark, New Jersey.
As Catering Sales Manager you will report to the Director of Catering and must be able to perform effectively in each of these areas:
* Input daily catering revenue into the portal.
* Distributes BEOs, dailies, weeklies, etc.
* Calls for guarantees.
* Manages change report and walks updated BEOs to appropriate department in a timely manner.
* Responds to inquiries with professional selling skills.
* Meets or exceed established booking goals.
* Responsible for booking private dining rooms at the restaurant.
* Books and services all dry meetings.
* Books and services house accounts and repeat customers as assigned by DOC.
* Assumes all other duties and responsibilities as assigned by DOC.
