The Catering Sales Manager is responsible for the management of his or her booked events in entirety; from initial proposal to final billing Must be a self-starter; driven to create relationships, generate new leads and build a clientele list Ideal candidates will possess a sense of urgency; 12-24 hour follow up on all potential leads Must possess strong interpersonal skills; ability to communicate effectively and work well in a team environment Must exude professionalism at all times; strong organizations skills and detailed follow in all areas Must possess a passion for hospitality and exceeding guest expectations Ability to create and sustain positive synergy with Patina Restaurant Group team and all partnerships Must be accessible to clients regarding functions, take any appropriate actions to ensure satisfaction Identify customer requirements and expectations relative to territory/unit Strong Los Angeles clientele list (preferred) Ability to understand sales targets and expectations Flexible work schedule including evening and weekends You may be called upon from time to time to perform other duties that may not be included in your job description at managements discretion.
