As a Certified Respiratory Care Practitioner you're responsible for pulmonary care as directed by the patients primary care physician, including assignment, monitoring, and treating patients with pulmonary complications. The Practitioner must be be able to serve as a member of the patient care team to asses and develop care plans, evaluate appropriateness of respiratory care modalities, and assist with discharge plans

*Graduate of an approved respiratory therapist program
*Current license as Respiratory Care Practitioner from the Kentucky Board of Respiratory Care
*Certified Respiratory Therapist from National Board of Respiratory Care
*Current AHA BLS CPR certification
*Able to use the Hospital Information Systems and computerized microprocessor types of equipment
*AHA ACLS and/or PALS and/or NPR certification preferred
*1year recent critical care experience preferred
